The objective of this research was to establish the relationship between training of judges and consensual resolutions . The results were: the First Civil Court Judge issued the highest number of judgments with the 28, J % followed by the Labour Court of Maynas with 27% and thirdly the Second Civil Corut with 20% . Unconfirmed resolutions were the highest percentage 51, 7%. The third trial in Family Care reached the highest percentage of confirmed sentences 83%, followed by the second Court of Guardianship and Family in prision with 68%, and thirdly the First Civil Court and the First Family Court Civil with 52,4% the fourth Labour Court with 50,5%. Well-trained judges scored the highest percentage of confirmed decisions 52,4% followed by judges 49% of optimum training and finally the regular training of 41,9%. In the chi-square test of homogenity p value is less than 0.05 (0.04) as the altemate hypothesis is accepted, there is significant relationship the confirmation of decisions and training of judges .
