The objective of this report is the presentation of the functions related to the supervision of the copper leaching, solvent extraction and electrodeposition processes, in order to obtain the best recovery, transfer and electrodeposition efficiencies at each stage. In the leaching stage, to ensure good recovery efficiency, tests were performed to determine the leaching kinetics of each mineral to be leached, so that the mixing proportions between them can be decided. As leaching agent, the plant raffinate solution was used, which consists of a mixture of seawater and sulfuric acid at a concentration of 10 g/l; obtaining as a result that minerals cataloged as OXI A and C present a low leaching kinetics and must be mixed with the minerals cataloged as OXI B and D; the proportions are still under study during the writing of this work. In the solvent extraction stage, to ensure good extraction efficiency, the organic solution was analyzed and extracting reagent was added to vary its concentration, from 15.6% to 26.1% v/v along the year 2022, this according to the concentration of copper present in the pregnant leaching solution (PLS) during the start-up stage of operations until reaching the design values.
