The research proposes a quality management model based on the Peruvian Technical Standard 712.201:2018 Quality in Construction, aimed at medium-sized construction companies, which are often subcontractors in construction projects or carry out projects with medium-sized budgets as main contractors. Considering the problem that exists in the country regarding the quality of many construction projects, which are often built with deficiencies, the purpose of this research is for this management model to be in line with their needs, reality, and issues. In this way, it can achieve the improvement of their processes and enable them to deliver quality projects to their clients, positively impacting the end users, who are always the citizens where these projects are executed. It was planned to conduct interviews and/or questionnaires with experienced professionals in the field of construction who have implemented or executed projects with well-established quality management systems in companies certified in ISO 9001 Quality Management Requirements. During the interviews, the experts were instructed to provide responses considering that the model being established was for medium-sized construction companies. From the results obtained, tables were made to determine the coincidences, grouping them mainly into three groups, obtaining the percentages of coincidences, then an analysis and interpretation of the results has been carried out, likewise in each of the responses keywords have been identified. In this way it has been possible to identify the main approaches to this management model. The management model that has been defined in this research is the 7 "C" of QUALITY for medium-sized construction companies, in each of these "C's" 4 points have been determined, which are the processes or activities that must be implemented as part of the quality model developed, this being the result of this research. According to the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained, the 7 "C" of QUALITY (for its acronym in Spanish) for the management model that has been developed are: COMMITMENT, CIRCUMSTANCES, CONDITIONS, PURCHASES, CONTROL, GROWTH AND CLOSURE . Below, they are described briefly: Commitment: The essential thing for a quality management system to be implemented and maintained over time in the organization is the COMMITMENT that must exist by the interested parties, such as senior management and employees. Circumstances: Its purpose is to identify the scenario and situations in which the project will be carried out, since these circumstances can vary considerably from one place to another, even when the project to be executed is the same or similar, impacting the quality of the project. project. Conditions: This refers to the identification of the requirements given to by the project stakeholders, considering not only the client, but also other interested parties, such as the organization itself, employees and regulatory entities. Purchasing: Its purpose is to establish the procedures or quality considerations for the supply of materials, equipment, components, products and even subcontracts. Since this process directly impacts the quality of the deliverables if they are not determined from the beginning. Control: Establishes the controls that must be carried out to verify direct compliance with the established requirements. Within these controls, the following have been established: control of the quality documentation of materials and equipment, control of released deliverables, control of changes, control of observations and non-conforming outputs. Growth: Oriented to increase the performance of processes and quality improvement by carrying out activities such as: follow-up of objectives, control panels, project team meetings, documentation and traceability of SNC. Closure: It consists of having identified from the beginning the quality deliverables that are part of the project closure and with it the acceptance of the project by the client. Having developed this model of adequate quality management and adjusted to reality for medium-sized construction companies, it will allow them to have at hand a model that they can implement more in accordance with their reality and with it obtain the improvement of their processes, have less rework in the execution of projects and that these organizations are more sustainable and competitive over time and in turn, and not least, allows users, who are citizens, to receive quality infrastructure
