Over the years, the construction sector has sought to improve project management based on the implementation of philosophies and methodologies. One of the most used Lean management tools is the “Last Planner System”. However, in many construction companies, it is applied poorly or it still does not reach its maximum potential due to different barriers that are explained in detail in this investigation. The thesis as a contribution to innovation, seeks to repower and improve the application of the Last Planner System with the incorporation of digital tools based on Information and Communication Technologies, specifically the use of web- mobile applications, to create an environment in companies of more communicative, collaborative and inclusive management in building projects. For this purpose, Chapter III details the digitization process of the Last Planner System, for which the selection of digital tools was carried out using the CBA Matrix (choice by advantages). In this, the web-mobile applications explored were compared and those that offered the greatest advantages were selected. Being these: the "Discord" as a communication tool, the "Miro" for the Big room, the "Wahhu" for the management of restrictions, the "Fieldwire" for the management of operations in the field, the "Airtable" for the registration data and "Power BI" for data analysis and processing. Then each of the selected applications was briefly described and finally a general scheme of the digital ecosystem was established with the selected applications that, complemented by each other, allowed digitizing each planning level of the Last Planner System. The project in which the implementation of this study was carried out is described in chapter IV. It consists of the remodeling of the hygienic services in the building of the DINERS CLUB Company, which is in the last phase of execution and requires the remodeling of the men's and women's bathrooms in the sales and operation area. Planning began from the demolition stage, civil works, and culminating in the finishing stage, in which greater coordination is required because the different specialties and subcontractors that this last stage presents. Chapter V describes the implementation methodology of the digitized Last Planner System applied in the study project, which begins by establishing the implementation requirements to create an environment that encourages digitization in the organization. Then the training talks of The stakeholders of the project is done to create a digital culture and instruct in the use of digital tools, then a detailed process diagram is established for each planning level that the Last Planner System presents and thus be able to apply it properly in the building project. Finally, an implementation cost is estimated that, among the benefits that it can provide us is a modest investment for construction companies that seek to start on the path to digital transformation. This is basically due to the fact that the estimated costs are for the acquisition of mobile devices and that most of the selected applications are free version. The results obtained from the implementation are encouraging, since the performance indicators of the planning and execution of the Last Planner System had acceptable values. This indicates that the introduction of digital tools through their platforms allowed managing under a digital environment establishing conditions similar to a real environment that encourages communication and collaboration, facilitating planning, monitoring and control of work by using digitized information in real time. For which, the relevant information flow that was generated in the Discord and Fieldwire applications was measured, analyzing their influence with the progress of the work on a weekly basis.
