The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the use of ICT and learning strategies in students at the I.E. Serafín Filomeno, Moyobamba, 2023. The methodology was quantitative, with a hypothetical deductive approach, and adopted a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. The total population was 504 students and 217 were selected as a sample. The technique was the survey and, as instruments, two properly structured questionnaires were applied. The variable use of ICT showed an alpha coefficient of 0.91 and the second variable of 0.90 for internal consistency, demonstrating high reliability. Together, these data support the robustness of the data collected and the validity of the research. Once the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out, it was represented by tables, figures and their respective interpretations. The non-parametric correlational test of Spearman's Rho was applied to test the hypotheses raised, once the normality of the data was verified. Regarding the general hypothesis, the Spearman's Rho analysis revealed a coefficient of r=0.614, which is high and significant. This result indicates a substantial relationship between the variables with a positive trend. Concluding, the continuous use of ICT in the educational environment is positively interrelated with learning strategies, significantly contributing to the development of more effective learning skills and methods.
