The objective of this research work is to investigate the connection between the management of managers and teaching feedback in a public university in Peru. Methodologically, it was carried out with a quantitative, basic, non-experimental, transversal correlational approach, working with 150 teachers, with the teaching staff as the reporting unit and the questionnaires being applied. The analysis of the results shows us a significant and positive correlation between the management of managers and teacher feedback, Rho 0.777 and P= 0.000. According to Hernández, R. (+ 0.75= Considerable positive correlation.) Likewise, the synthesis shows us a significant and positive correlation between global institutional management and teaching feedback, Rho 0.779 and P= 0.000. Also, the results show a significant and positive correlation between attitudinal values and teacher feedback, Rho 0.761 and P= 0.000. Finally, the management of the managers was regular in 64.7% and the teacher feedback was regular in 52.7%. It was concluded that there is a significant and positive correlation between the management of managers and teacher feedback, therefore, effective administration in the educational field, highlighting the fundamental importance of educational leaders in creating an environment in which teacher feedback is constructive and contributes to continuous improvement; Therefore, collaboration and communication between the various participants in the educational community are key elements for academic excellence, and these results emphasize their relevance in the context studied.
