The objective of this research is to present the eight intelligences formulated by Gardner (1993), the 8 MI are: logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic and verbal linguistic intelligence. The quantitative approach, the non-experimental type of research, the correlational design, the descriptive method have been used, the sample consisted of 43 students of English as a foreign language, the technique used was only a survey and the instruments were a questionnaire validated by MINDS and an English Test validated by the University of Cambridge and adapted by expert criteria. Here we consider the statistical treatment and ethical considerations. After carrying out the corresponding analysis processes we have concluded that there is a relationship between multiple intelligences and the learning of the English language in English students with a high positive correlation of 0.749 from the Spearman correlation analysis, which merits its reading and analysis for future research in the field of higher university education.
