The objective of this research work is to determine how electronic leadership was related to teleworking at ENSAP during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022; as well as to establish whether the skills were significantly related to teleworking, to verify whether organizational functioning was significantly related to teleworking, and to determine whether the virtual environment was significantly related to teleworking. The research is quantitative, correlational type, with a non-experimental design. The population was 51 workers from the National School of Public Health, with a 100% sample, using the survey and the anonymous questionnaire of 29 repetitive questions, under the Likert scale. The validity of the instruments was by expert judgment with three specialists in methodology and public management, whose result was applicable and pertinent with an average rating of 87%. The reliability was by the Alpha-Cronbach coefficient, through a pilot with 10 subjects from the universe, with a result of 0.99, a high rating for quantitative research, through the SPSS program. The research determined that e-leadership is significantly related to teleworking at ENSAP during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022; also the first dimension: skills are significantly related to teleworking at ENSAP; the second dimension: organizational functioning is significantly related to teleworking at ENSAP and, last dimension: the virtual environment was significantly related to teleworking at ENSAP.
