The aim of the following study is “to determine the frequency of musculoskeletal injuries in youth athletes”. Material and Method: The instrument used was the “Nordic Questionnaire” to assess musculoskeletal injuries in volleyball players. The sample consisted of 80 youth volleyball athletes from the private club Mercurio Los Olivos. 2024. The research used the deductive method, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, observational and cross-sectional approach. Results: In the youth volleyball athletes of the Club Privado Mercurio. Los Olivos.2024 .We found a higher percentage in the age of 10 to 11 years 40.0%, in primary academic grade is 46.3% , with visual problems 46.3% , and the area of musculoskeletal injury with the highest percentage in shoulder and ankle or right foot 10.0% and wrist or right hand 11.3%, in terms of level of musculoskeletal injuries being 38.8% severe, 21.3% mild, 20.0% moderate and 20.0% severe. Conclusion: Musculoskeletal injuries in volleyball players of the Club Privado Mercurio in the age of 17 to 18 years its level of musculoskeletal injury 8 are serious, within the academic grade it is observed that 7 high school players and 7 university players are serious and as for the area to the level of injury 20.0 % serious; therefore, it has higher level of injury.
