The developed exploration has as a measure variable the education in the service, within the analysis of dependence on consumer behavior and education in the fast food service in the province of Arequipa in the year 2018 as the main purpose ; In order to obtain the resolution of the general object, five intentions are captured: the handling of the information and the improvement of the behavior are the characteristics of the variable the behavior of the consumer and the processes, the basic services and the complementary services and the dimensions of the education in the service. For the elaboration process of the exploration, the hypothetical methodology was handled with the quantitative orientation with a correlative description, of the applied type, in turn the design of the same is experimental and transversal. The population to study is infinite and the segmentation carried out is of 384 fast food users in the locality of Arequipa. On the other hand, the survey was used as a data collection technique applying an instrument validated by experts, in turn the reliability test was performed, which obtained a good result of 0.895 in the whole instrument, an acceptable result 0.752 of the independent variable consumer behavior and 0.830 of the dependent variable education in the service. The deductions were produced through the analysis of the frequency indexes and the use of representations through the resulting bars in the relation number 30 that the variable consumer behavior is related in a 0.411 according to Spearman's Rho with the variable education in the The service where the existing relationship is indicated is significant, thus rejecting the null hypothesis.
