The NOC network operations center is the work area where networking engineers monitor digital circuits, remote VSAT stations, access, transport and core network equipment through various network platforms. The reason to control is to maintain the service with connectivity of the endclient equipment with the network equipment belonging to the ISP internet service provider. This is established through a SLA service level agreement between the client and the provider; It defines the levels of attention on the solution of failures, levels of escalation on claims to solve the failures in the network.Failures in the network arise for different reasons and having adequate monitoring provides us with the identification of the problem that originates it, then we proceed to make the discards to solve it by reestablishing connectivity. The vsat equipment is installed at the client's headquarters and is generally located in rural areas called vsat remote stations, this technology is applicable to provide Internet access in areas of difficult access, where the RDNFO national backbone network has not been deployed. fiber optic and indeed it is a complementary technology due to the advantages it offers to reduce the digital divide.The climatic conditions in the Sierra are characterized by their altitude above sea level and in the Jungle by their distant depths, these rural areas eventually have a detrimental behavior for satellite connectivity and as a corrective measure, configuration parameters and power levels are established for monitor telemetry, guaranteeing the continuity of services provided by remote vsat stations.
