The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between the construction strategy "Sales and Operations" of Ingram Micro S.A.C. and the level of satisfaction experienced by the company's customers. To illustrate this association, a quantitative approach technique was used. Since this methodology was implemented at the descriptive level, a non-experimental design was also applied to the general structure of the study. In it, the study population consisted of forty consumers, and the sample consisted of thirty-two clients who were chosen through a direct random selection process. A questionnaire with related questions was obtained for both variables that were processed by the SPSS program, and as a result a strong positive confirmation was obtained; consequently, the general hypothesis was assured and the objective of the subsequent investigation was fulfilled. It was found that there is a relationship of 0.841 between the reorganization approach known as "Sales and Operation" and the level of satisfaction experienced by the clients of the company known as Ingram Micro S.A.C. thus explaining the existence of coincidence between the two variables, in the specific hypothesis 1 the coincidence coefficient is 0.864 which indicates the strong positive correlational existence, "Sales Operation" strategy if it is related to the service time; specific hypothesis 2; presents the existence of the strong positive connection of 0.779, determining that the "Sales and Operation" coding strategy is related to the level of care provided by the organization in the company Ingram Micro S.A.C.; specific hypothesis 3 carries a moderate positive consequence is 0.595; that is, the "Sales and Operation" strategy is related to the purchase volume in the company Ingram Micro S.A.C. The present investigation concluded that this structure had a positive influence on customer satisfaction of the company Ingram Micro S.A.C.
