This research work was carried out in the provincial municipality of Cajamarca, based on the Operational Guide for the management of human resources during the validity of the declaration of Sanitary Emergency produced by COVID-19, Servir (2021), in order to determine the relationship between the execution of prioritized training according to the needs of the entity, through its Development Plan to face the challenge of virtual or remote attention to the users of the different services as well as the trainings that were programmed by Servir and the variable job satisfaction of the key actors of the entity since there were trainings that were scheduled by Servir, outside of working hours, quite apart from those programmed by Servir for all public servants and even though there is a program called "I compensate my hours by training myself "Aimed at public servants who, due to illness or prone to contagion, who participate in this s trainings with the purpose of their absences are justified when participating in said trainings. After analyzing and processing the information, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship between training management and job satisfaction.
