From the results obtained, positions were noted in favor and against the effectiveness of the application of Full Jurisdiction in Administrative Litigation Proceedings, even more so if we are talking about an attempt to positivize this legal institution in Peruvian legal regulation. Finally, it was concluded that it is necessary to prioritize the continuous modernization of the jurisdictional system, in favor of guaranteeing the effective protection of the right of the administered party that is part of a process against an administrative resolution under which their constitutional rights have been violated.
