The construction industry is an important activity that contributes to the economy of a country, that is why much attention must be paid to this sector, especially to new forms of construction management, and it is desirable that the new technological management systems should be chosen, which make it possible to manage each job more efficiently. At present there is a problem in terms of the allocation of the construction budget that affects the profitability of the project, because the correct quantification of metrates is not carried out, before this it is time to opt for technological tools that make construction more efficient. This research thesis seeks to use photogrammetry with RPA (drone) to develop a budget for the construction of the metal cover of the Christ the Risen chapel. The methodology used was an applied, experimental cross-sectional investigation and the field work was carried out by a photogrammetric survey of the structure. Then in the results, by means of the enclosure work the 3d model of the cover was performed with the help of the Agisoft Metashape program and then its area was measured in AutoCAD. Also in this stage was the analysis of costs and budgets of materials, tools, labor and total cost of construction, and then elaborate the final budget. In addition, a time evaluation is carried out to prepare the budget with RPA. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are described highlighting the importance of the application of photogrammetry with RPA in civil engineering in the area of costs and budgets.
