According to the World Health Organization (2020), work stress is the employer's demands on its employees and the pressure they have when facing these demands according to their capabilities. On the other hand, according to Chiavenato (2009), the organizational climate refers to to the existing environment among all members of the organization. Therefore, it is closely linked to the quality of employee motivation and specifically indicates the motivational properties of the organizational environment. Therefore, our objective is to determine the relationship that exists between work stress and organizational climate in the workers of the maternal and child health center - SJL 2023. The methodology is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional in design. The sample is made up of 100 workers from a health center, validated instruments were applied which are the Burnout Inventory and the EMCO Questionnaire, both instruments are adapted to the city of Lima. As the results obtained, it is concluded that there is a moderate positive correlation between the research variables in work stress and organizational climate (rho=-.618; p<.007). Therefore, the relationship between both variables exists but it is the dimensions that have the most relationships with the other variable.
