In construction, a way has always been sought to maximize resources from the point of view of each project, in Peru some Lean Construction tools are recently being implemented, such as the balance sheet that does not require a higher cost considered in the project, in order to whether to have a real diagnosis of the situation to make decisions with the aim of reducing costs without reducing quality and observing performance. The research is developed by evaluating 3 single-family homes to determine the distribution of work and performance with the balance sheet in the items of roof hollow, brick walls and interior wall tiles using the Balance sheet tool; With a methodology of basic purpose and descriptive depth, with a quantitative non-experimental cross-sectional nature of data, with direct observation in situ for data collection through cards to determine performance. Obtaining as conclusion that the average yield in roof casting is 11.29 m3 / half day, with a production of distributed work of production in 86.76% and non-contributory works is of 13.24%, in masonry walls the average yield in 6.06 m2 / day, with a production of distributed work of production in 86.94% and non-contributory work is of 13.06%; In interior wall tiles, the average yield is 16.61 m2 / day with a production of distributed work of 86.76% and non-contributory work is 13.24%.
