Biosolids from sewage treatment plants have high organic matter content, so recently there has been an attempt to use them, Pyrolysis is an alternative for the characterization of organic compost, contributing not only to the environmental issue but also to the economic and social. For this reason, the present research aims to make use of bio-solid waste from a sewage treatment plant to obtain organic fertilizer by means of the pyrolysis process. It is also by its very nature an applied research, It presents a quantitative study with experimental design due to the collection of data obtained from laboratories to define whether the pyrolysis process is an effective alternative for treatment of biosolids. The results show the values obtained before and after the pyrolysis process, concluding that pyrolyzed biosols at a temperature of 290°C for 30 minutes are an effective method for use as organic fertiliser in the various soil types as indicated by the soil ECA, contributing to society and the environment.
