The present thesis project analyzes and identifies the physical structure of an urban space, with the purpose of understanding the meaning and importance of the pedagogical architecture in the young people who experience it. Education is considered as a wealth in the formation of a person; therefore, in the district of Jesus, the creation of educational spaces that allow the person's intellectual development is encouraged. This because it considers that the space conceived responds to the formative stage of those who inhabit it. The description and context of the problem is studied making a diagnosis of the physical and social environment of the district of Jesus to identify the potentialities and needs of the population through documentary records. Case studies have been carried out with the aim of deepening the sociophysical experiences of the students in the facilities of the establishment. The interviews carried out, individual to the population were categorized according to the arguments that were presented, and their analysis and discussion is considered according to the requirements of the architectural spaces configured. Regarding the results obtained, the population expresses the need for the educational service for the students graduated from the secondary level. This infrastructure should promote the development of students' capacities taking advantage of the potential of the district. In view of this need, a Mixed Learning Productive Center with spaces configured for the free interaction and conception of learning is proposed. The spatial requirements are oriented to the development of capacities of the young population in the agricultural and livestock field, which constitutes the primary source that supplies the economy of the district of Jesus, which prioritizes community development through education and culture. The development of the present architectural design is argued in the social environment, creating suitable spaces for the development of the previously proposed activities.
