ABSTRACT One of the biggest problems afflicting our National Police of Peru, is the growing corruption and bad image burden for years. Increasing criticism from society is very high; and destapes that are becoming are larger, among other factors. The purpose of this research is to propose a series of communications strategies that would help the institution to improve the working environment that currently has a very difficult and critical reality. The aim is to expand knowledge about the ways and means to communicate and maintain a harmonious working rhythm, team and where the police are satisfied and proud of what they are and what they do. In the first chapter of this research refers to a latent reality on the problem that exists in this institutional body; where applicable possible strategies could improve and make a more harmonious and suitable for police work environment. In the second chapter, we serve the recorded data and located with respect to investigations and / or previous studies to this research. However, no studies on and the National Police of Peru were found. In short, we do not know how they work, where they do their work, and what resources they have. Moreover, you are missing a solid scientific framework for the institutional framework of the National Police of Peru and its police regions. In the absence of these investigations we would face an unknown field in which there are almost no studies on military institutions in general and groups of the armed forces. In the third chapter, the methodology used and the operationalization of the extracted variables defined research problem. At the same time, the sample drawn from a population of Rural PNP Command Otuzco (130 troops) from which the sample was taken 52 troops was studied; applying a survey and focus group for data collection. Finally, in a fourth chapter we define results, discussion, conclusions and recommendations are in line with data collection. I also believe that my participation in something help; as solutions for the problems are not always quick and easy , but at least it will just causing a better impact between police same staff ; because to improve and increase the level of respect and approval of society to the National Police of Peru , you must first solve the problems from within and then project a better image out.
