This research project is titled “INFLUENCE OF THE LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT OVER THE PROFITABILITY OF THE AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE MULTISERVICE HOUSE OF ABRAHAM, within the 2015 – 2016 period” and it has been made for the purpose of determining the efficiency of their logistic processes and so, to propose a better management of the financial analysis of the company. The results of this research prove the validation of the proposed hypothesis, we can say that there is a major influence of the logistics management over the profitability of the productive activities of Agricultural Cooperative Multiservice House of Abraham for the 2015 -2016 periods. This means, that we have achieved a more efficient, effective and profitable planning for the supplying, inventory, storage and customer service processes. Also, in analyzing the profitability indicators over sales and operations through the tabulation of each process, we can conclude that: when tabulating and applying the T-Student test for two samples we had excellent results, an so we can say that there is an influence of the logistics management over the profitability of the productive activities of Agricultural Cooperative Multiservice House of Abraham for the 2015 -2016 period, taking into account two main indicators of profitability over sales and operations. Upon finishing gathering the documentary information we can say, for the first specific objective: regarding supplying, our provider meets almost 100% of the company’s orders, regarding inventory, the roses’ turnover is of 93.9% for 2016; the cost of storage is minimum because the merchandise goes to sales almost in its entirety, and finally the delivery completion for 2016 is of 79%. When analyzing the financial state, we can conclude that: due to the low sales costs and reduction of the operational expenses we can say that the business is profitable.
