This thesis focuses on the structural reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements through non-destructive prediction tests, this analysis was carried out on a communication tower called “Piura Stadium”, having as one of the objectives to carry out the prediction test with the sclerometer equipment to determine the compressive strength of the reinforced concrete elements of the pedestal and footing, subsequently the superstructure will be modeled with the SAP2000 software in order to determine the weight of the structure taking into account the dimensions of the structural elements taken in field and the compressive strength obtained according to the test carried out previously, in order to determine the different loads that will be transmitted in the foundation, then the substructure will be modeled in the SAFE software to obtain if the acting forces are greater than the forces admissible in the foundation, finally once the corresponding analysis has been carried out, a structural reinforcement will be carried out for the reinforced concrete elements because the structure is not designed to withstand greater demands, since, with the passage of time, it is necessary to expand its coverage through the incorporation of new technology and equipment, it is concluded that the sections of both the pedestals and footings should be widened to have better structural behavior to withstand future demands on the communication tower.
