The present research work was carried out in the company Jesprodent S.A.C. which is dedicated to the provision of dental prosthesis services in Metropolitan Lima. Our work has as a general objective to determine the relationship that exists between the management of human talent and the productivity of the mentioned company. Among the specific objectives is to determine the relationship that exists between the dimensions: job profile, recruitment, personnel selection and person development of the human talent management variable with the dimensions: efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the productivity variable. The methodology used was the quantitative approach, the type of study is correlational that helps us determine the relationship between the two variables under study, the design used is non-experimental and for the data collection were used: the survey, the interview and direct observation.
