In mid-2019, the productivity of labor in lightened slabs was investigated in the project "Carlos Gonzales II multifamily building, located in the district of San Miguel, province and department of Lima, delimited as an objective to identify the influence of the application of the Balance Chart, Value Stream Mapping and LookAhead (Lean tools) in the productivity of the execution of lightweight slabs. In the development of variable 1, the application of the Balance Chart, Value Stream Mapping and Lookahead in the execution of lightened slabs, a Quantitative approach was used, where measurements and numerical processes are carried out. Likewise, variable 2 productivity in the lightweight slab execution items, considered the same approach, in a sequential and probative manner, which raises the need to measure and estimate magnitudes of the phenomena or research problems. The formulated scientific hypothesis: The application of the Balance Chart, Value Stream Mapping and LookAhead will positively influence the productivity of the lightweight slab execution batches. The developed methodology begins with a quantitative approach, in this regard, (Otero O, 2017) mentions that this research process focuses on numerical measurements, which uses the observation of the process in the form of data collection and analyzes them to get to answer your research questions by performing statistical analysis. Likewise, the research is Explanatory in scope, which for (Hernández S., 2014) in explanatory research seeks to answer for the causes of physical phenomena (independent variables), answer why it occurs and under what conditions or why it is related with other variables (cause-effect). The results of the study were carried out through the inferential analysis of the specific hypotheses through quantitative tests of linear regression analysis, with which the validity of the mathematical model was determined, determining the influence that the application of the Carta Balance tools, Value Stream Mapping and Lookahead in workforce productivity, thus responding to problems and verifying compliance with objectives. It was concluded that according to the normality table in the column sig. Shapiro-Wilk, where all the values are greater than 0.05, for the dependent variable, in this sense the productivity in the execution of lightened slab: yields, execution times and economic flow follow a normal distribution.
