Introduction: The objective of this study was to determine the frequency of compliance with the vaccination schedule (EV) and to identify factors associated with non-compliance in children under 5 years of age treated at the Juan Pérez Carranza Health Center (CSJPC) from January to December 2023. Methodology: A hypothetical-deductive and quantitative approach was used, with an observational, analytical and cross-sectional design. A univariate, bivariate and logistic regression analysis was performed, considering statistical significance at p <0.005. The sample consisted of 200 children and their caregivers. Results: The vaccination compliance frequency was 75.0%. Factors associated with non-compliance were identified related to the mother or primary caregiver, including being 29 years old or younger (ORa=2.945; CI:1.003-8.651; p=0.049), being illiterate or having primary or secondary education (ORa=8.004; CI:2.049- 31.269; p=0.003), being unemployed (ORa=7.117; CI:2.545-19.903; p<0.001) and having only one child (ORa=3.965; CI:1.383-11.366; p=0.010). In children, associated factors include age under one year as a protective factor (ORa=0.274; CI:0.083-0.909; p=0.034) and being male (ORa=2.895; CI:1.170-7.163; p= 0.021). Risk associated with low birth weight (<2500 g) and macrosomic birth (>4000 g) will also be observed (ORa=8.117; CI:2.295-28.705; p=0.001). Conclusions: Non-compliance with the EV is frequent (1 in 4 cases) and is related to factors of the mother or main caregiver and the child under 5 years of age.
