Objective: To determine the relationship between the prevalence and perception of premalignant and malignant lesions of the cervix according to Pap smear in patients at the José Gálvez Maternal and Child Center in Villa María del Triunfo 2024 Methodology: It was based on a hypothetical-deductive approach with a quantitative approach. It was classified as a basic type study. Conclusion: The relationship between the prevalence and perception of premalignant and malignant lesions of the cervix according to the Pap smear was determined in patients at the José Gálvez Maternal and Child Center in Villa María del Triunfo 2024, showing a bilateral asymptotic significance value less than 0.04, this is evidence that there is a relationship between the variables.
