The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between communication barriers and citizen participation in the milk glass committees of the District of Tupac Amaru Inca - Province of Pisco 2023. This is a basic, descriptive, correlational study. As a data collection technique, a survey was used, the instrument is the questionnaire, which has been validated by experts and subjected to the Conbrach alpha reliability test. The population and sample of the study consisted of 63 women in charge of the 21 milk glass committees in the Tupac Amaru Inca District. In the case of the sample, it was decided to use a non- probabilistic sample as a procedure that does not require the application of a statistical formula to select the elements of the sample, as this is a consequence of not having a population of more than 100 individuals. The study concludes that there is a significant relationship between communication barriers and citizen participation in the milk glass committees of the District of Tupac Amaru Inca Province of Pisco 2023, as shown by the sigma value of 0.000, in addition to having obtained a relationship value of 0.563, which showed a high positive correlation between the two study variables.
