The Co. Minas Buenaventura SAA, is a mining Company incorporated with Peruvian capital, and being the first Company to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, we believed it was convenient to carry out a Business Consulting. The analysis that it carried out in this work allowed us to identify the main problem that afflicts Co. of Minas Buenaventura – Uchucchacua campus. for this research, we had to use many tools, including interviews and virtual meetings with officials, which allowed us to carry out a preliminary survey and formulate a situational diagnosis on the Uchucchacua campus. With the information collected, processed and analyzed through the problem priority matrix, the use of the criticality matrix allowed us to determine the central problem. The most outstanding problem that generates the greatest impact according to the analysis accomplished is absenteeism from work, which is caused by the large amount of medical breaks. An action plan was proposed with activities that aim to reduce the number of medical breaks. To make the project feasible, three optimistic, medium and pessimistic scenarios were simulated, for the risks of changes the project was analyzed with cost and expense variables to find its sensitivity in the results of NPV and IRR before an investment of 2,968,200.00 soles. Thus a NPV of 5,236,678.47 was obtained with an IRR of 31.94% and equity NPV of 1,084,277.20 with equity IRR of 34.33%. Indicating an average scenario is more likely, then the project is feasible, and it is not sensitive to the variables, which must be reviewed in all the years of the project because now they will be under the control of the managers, since they are crucial for profitability.
