The purpose of this work is the technical, economic, and social feasibility to create a herbal liquor production plant. In the Market Study it was seen that there are no national producers and that the only competitor would be an imported liquor "Jägermeister" because it is made from herbs. Finally, when calculating the demand for the project, it is seen that it will grow and that by 2026 it will be 78 837 bottles. The plant location method was used, in which the provinces were prioritized for the macrolocation and the districts of the department of Lima for the microlocation. For this reason, the district of Ate in Lima was obtained as the best option. In the engineering chapter of the project, everything related to the liquor production process was seen, such as technology, machines, equipment, supplies and raw materials. Also, the maximum volume of production in the factory was calculated to know if the demand will be met. Also, a plan with a total area of 689,5 m2 was made. Then, in Chapter VII, the total investment was obtained (S/. 1 694 635,88); Of this, 60% will be own capital, that is, it will be the contributions made by the shareholders; and 40% will be backed by the Credit Bank of Peru (BCP). With this, the economic and financial evaluation was carried out; and it was concluded that the project will be beneficial because an economic NPV (S/. 436 147,63) and financial NPV (S/. 950 650,5) greater than zero were achieved; in addition, an economic IRR (19,72%) and financial IRR (31,71%) greater than the COK. Finally, a social evaluation of the project was carried out to see who could benefit directly and indirectly.
