The main objective of this research work is to determine the effect of multicultural leadership on the organizational climate of employees in a multinational company. For this, 140 collaborators of a company that operates in the 5 continents and that have collaborators of different nationalities and cultures were surveyed, in order to determine if the leadership style used by the boss has an impact on the organizational climate of the company. the company and therefore in the worker's job satisfaction. Likewise, it sought to determine the main benefits of using this style of leadership in a multinational company; where the leadership was found that the organizations that used this managed to increase creativity and innovation, since there are different points of view and opinions, which results in greater added value in their projects and products, and in an increase in their competitiveness in the international market. In addition, it will be concluded that the main characteristics and qualities necessary for a leader to properly manage and guide a multicultural team are curiosity, interest in knowing and understanding different cultures, and open-mindedness. Finally, it will be found that direct communication, constant feedback and motivation are the main leadership factors that impact the organizational climate of the collaborators of a multinational company.
