This business plan proposes the creation of a company dedicated to the production and marketing of natural complementary foods for babies from 6 to 24 months, in Metropolitan Lima. The proposal seeks to satisfy the growing demand of parents who want healthy, nutritious and convenient options for feeding their children. Value proposition: 100% natural and organic foods, free of salt, sugar and preservatives, prepared by professional nutritionists. Adapted to the specific nutritional needs of babies in the ranges of 6-8 months, 9-11 months and 12-24 months. Easy to prepare and serve in a few minutes. Target market: Parents from 25 to 45 years old, belonging to SES A and B, residents in zones 6 and 7 of Metropolitan Lima.
