The purpose of the project to be presented is to evaluate its technical, commercial, financial, economic, and social feasibility at the time of implementing a production plant to process bottled and carbonated chica de jora in the city of Metropolitan Lima, which will be made up of water, starchy corn, sugar, yeast and CO2 and whose value is the low caloric level, in addition to medicinal properties when consumed in moderation. The attractiveness of the project is its production process, as it keeps the standards of the artisanal beverage. In addition, this artisanal beverage is one of the most popular natural beverages and is representative of Peruvian culture. The projected annual demand is 410,349 bottles in its last year, and the marketing method for supermarkets will be through off-trade channels. The target public is 12 districts of modern Lima, over 18 years of age and belonging to socioeconomic levels A, B, and C. The plant will be located in Metropolitan Lima. The production process consists of selecting and washing the corn and then germinating, drying, and grinding it. It will then be boiled, filtered, cooled, fermented, gasified, and bottled to obtain the product, which will be presented in a 330-ml bottle for consumption.
