When carrying out a construction supervision, it is usual to request updates or surveys to obtain data on the current situation of the same, which are generally carried out using traditional methods, generating rework that requires a lot of time and causing an increase in costs (Ibaceta, 2018). For this reason, a comparison will be made between the use of photogrammetry and the traditional model, using an As-Built model as a guide, which will be generated through traditional topographic surveys that are reflected in the As- Built updates with the latest information available. through 3D models and 2D plans. The objective of this thesis is to compare the results obtained in the construction supervision of a building by photogrammetry and compare it with the As-Built model. In addition, the data processing carried out in two photogrammetric software will be compared to define the precision that can be obtained because of the use of this new technology. It was observed that, in all the comparisons carried out, the ContextCapture software has greater precision than Pix4D. Likewise, based on the results of the Quality Reports, both software meets the necessary precision for construction supervision in a building. While, in the comparison made between the point cloud of each software and the As-built Model, both softwares do not meet the precision required for said supervision. The scientific research methodology used in this work is hypothetical-deductive, that is, in the elaboration of the problem and, therefore, proposing hypotheses related to the research question, which will or will not be confirmed at the time of the research. Regarding the methodological procedures, mixed aspects are added to this thesis research, in the sense of considering documentary data and analysis of results.
