The main objective of the project is to determine the technological, economic, financial and market feasibility of the implementation of a manufacturing plant of a soybean extract beverage, for its consume in the city of Lima. Through a survey, we determined that the public of the ‘’A’’ and ‘’B’’ sector will accept our product. In addition, it determined that the clients will be the supermarket. Furthermore, the demand of the project in 2027 will be of 925 028 units of finished product. In terms of location, after an assessment to the cities of Lima, Ica, and Arequipa, we determined that Lima was the best option. The plant would be located in the industrial park of Huaycan, which is part of the district of Ate Vitarte. On the other hand, the size of the installations of the project will be set by the market size, which is 925 028 units of finished product per year. Furthermore, in order to obtain profits, we must at least produce 317 410 units of finished product per year. Likewise, we found that the bottleneck in our process is the pasteurizing operation. Also, we established that the monthly production would be of 77 122 units for the last year of the project. In terms of plant disposition, it was calculated a total area of 1 400 m2. Finally, it was determined that the total inversion of the project would be S/1 994 105. By requesting a bank loan that represents 30% of the total inversion, we will achieve an internal rate of return of 32,79% of the total inversion. In addition, it has a net present value of S/2 047 827,39, considering 10 years of useful life. Furthermore, it has a recovery period, of the total inversion, of 4 years, 4 months and 4 days, obtaining S/2,47 for each sol invested.
