Poor mental health functions as a vicious cycle, which, when present in an environment with various uncontrolled chaotic factors, leads to a greater predisposition to mental health problems. Failure to protect the user will affect the personal development of each person, causing the problems to worsen until they become mental health disorders. In the San Martín de Porres district, the population of children and teenagers face various chaotic factors that negatively influence their mental health, resulting in an underserved population due to the lack of care and prevention services. Through the analysis of theories focused on the user and their relationship with the environment and their personal development, the "Oasis" is determined as the result of complex interactions between the user's biological processes and learning styles, in which sensations are "re-learned" to process psychological problems according to the perception of space and the activities developed within it. These activities are developed through three axes: playful, artistic and natural, which influence the volumetric placement and architectural program. Additionally, the project is based on the Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) care model, which operates through a system of open doors, without restrictions, and with citizen care, allowing for the development of a flexible program that ranges from conventional one-on-one therapy spaces to community spaces that serve the district's residents. This connection is primarily achieved through open spaces that respond to the type of user and the activities that converge in the determined oasis. The hybrid program allows for both the protection and integration of children and adolescents within their community, preventing their segregation.
