The business plan aims to assess the operational, economic, and social feasibility of implementing a digital sales platform for personalized products using children's art. The proposal seeks to offer a practical solution for parents to store and organize their children’s numerous artistic creations, optimizing time and space. The company will transform children's drawings and crafts into unique products such as craft books, decorative prints, posters, t-shirts, and ceramic mugs. A digital gallery service with cloud storage will be offered, accessible through a monthly or annual subscription, allowing users to access, organize, and add photographs of their children’s artistic pieces from any device. To support the study, a survey, focus group, and interview with an early childhood educator were conducted, which helped identify the needs, preferences, and motivations of potential customers. A market research study was carried out to define the target population and determine the business demand. Additionally, a marketing plan was developed, which included segmentation, positioning, and market strategies. Finally, a technical study of operations, the organizational structure of the company, and the technological development of the project were conducted, serving as the basis for the financial plan analysis. The economic and financial viability of the project is reflected in a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 303,956 and a Financial NPV of S/ 258,496. Both indicators present positive internal rates of return (IRR), with an Economic IRR of 31.31% and a Financial IRR of 34.25%. These results demonstrate that the project is profitable and has the potential to contribute to local economic development, creating jobs and promoting sustainable growth in the community.
