The main reason for the development of this study is the growing demand of people with physical disabilities in Peru, who do not have their recreational needs satisfied due to the lack of recreational places that provide the correct conditions of their structure and adequate services for them. Therefore, it is proposed to determine the market, ergonomic, economic and financial viability for the implementation of a recreational center with ergonomic design for people with physical disabilities in Lima, Peru. The recreational center will be aimed at people with physical disabilities who are from 6 to 59 years of age and have a socioeconomic level "A" and "B". For this population in the first year of the project’s implementation, the demand is 41 026 people with a purchase intention of 93,9%. Regarding the location of the recreational center, we apply the factor ranking model to finally determinate that it would be in Pachacamac. The place has an area of 4080 m2 and a capacity for 70 304 people per year. Finally, for the topics of investment, income, costs and expenses were measure in order to analyze the profitability of the project. The investment demanded for the implementation of the recreational center is S/ 3 231 533,9 with 60% of financing. Economically, the result was an IRR of 24,3% and a NPV of S/ 834 516; and financially, an IRR of 41,9% and a NPV of S/ 1 396 746. For all the above, it is demonstrated that the project presented is profitable, which is why the implementation of the feasibility study is recommended.
