Teleworking is a form of service provision that allows for the development of teleworking activities, where the worker is able to perform without having to physically attend the establishment of the company or a specific location. In addition, this involves the provision of services through support in information and communication technologies for contact between the parties. However, this type of work brings with it various benefits for the employee and society, such as reduced costs, reduced rates of workplace absence, promotion of social inclusion and so on. It can also have a negative impact if its implementation is done in the wrong way. In this context, this research exposes some of the problems that have arisen since the adoption of telework in our country, such as long working hours, the difficulty of establishing a balance between the personal and work environment and the impossibility of teleworkers to disconnect. In addition, the impact of teleworking on the well-being of employees of private companies in the agro-export sector of the city of Metropolitan Lima is examined. Therefore, for the purposes of the research, it begins with the formulation of problems and objectives of the study, as well as the presentation of antecedents, theoretical bases and basic terms that allow an adequate understanding of the variables to be treated. Subsequently, a general hypothesis is defined followed by four specific hypotheses, which will be tested in the development of the analysis by determining a sample of collaborators who will be surveyed, in addition with the support of interviews conducted with specialists in talent management of the Agro-Export sector.
