Abstract: Sol&Luna Esencias Vitales es una mediana empresa dedicada a la cosmética natural que
tiene presencia en las zonas comerciales más importantes de Lima. Cuenta con más de
15 años de presencia en el mercado, por lo que su crecimiento obligó a la empresa a
atravesar por un proceso de diagnóstico y definición de cultura organizacional en el año
2016. No obstante, en la actualidad, la empresa presenta diversos dolores a nivel de
gestión de la comunicación interna que no están contribuyendo a que esta cumpla
adecuadamente con la práctica de su propósito, la integración de sus valores y tampoco
construya su camino hacia el logro de la visión.
Partiendo de la necesidad de fomentar la cultura a través de comunicación interna, este
trabajo abordará el diseño de un plan estratégico que atienda el conocimiento y práctica
de la cultura por medio de canales formales y coherentes a los diversos perfiles de la
empresa; a fin de ello, se conseguirá la integración del personal hacia la cultura.

However, at present, the company presents various pains from the internal communication management, because it isn’t contributing adequately fulfilling the practice of the company’s purpose, the integration of its values, and neither is it building its path towards achieving the vision. Starting from the need to promote culture through internal communication, this work will address the design of a strategic plan that addresses the knowledge and practice of culture through formal and coherent channels for the various profiles of the company; To this end, the integration of staff towards culture will be achieved.
