The production of the medicinal oil of Cannabis, in the presentation of 10 mL with 15% Cannabidiol (CBD), is profitable and the existence of this product on the market brings benefits to society and allows a better quality of life considering the possibility of treating diseases such as cancer, epilepsy and diabetes. Cultivation of cannabis plants as raw material using an aeroponic cultivation system is feasible. This optimizes the use of nutrients, water and energy, the cost of which would be approximately 1% of the total sales of the product. The entire extraction process of Cannabidiol from Cannabis flowers to the production of Cannabis medical oil is feasible thanks to the sequence of the following technological processes: drying, supercritical CO2 extraction, "wintering", vacuum filtration, rotary evaporation, molecular distillation and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC system). Medicinal cannabis oil is economically attractive even under the regulations and laws in force in Peru in 2021, with an internal rate of return of 20% and a payback period of less than 5 years, in addition to a return on investment of 49%.
