Objective: Identify the levels of resilience in Nursing and Psychology interns at the University of Sciences and Humanities (UCH), Los Olivos – 2023. Materials and method: Its quantitative approach is explanatory and descriptive in nature, and at the same time it is comparative, with a cross-sectional design and is non-experimental. It was applied to 111 interns in health careers such as nursing and psychology, applying the validated and reliable instruments of Connor and Davidson, which at the same time appear in the technical regulations of the MINSA. Results: according to the study carried out, it is obtained that 52.3% have a medium resilience, followed by 25.2% a high resilience and 22.5% a low resilience, and in the comparison of both careers it is obtained that The score was 0.604, which shows that there is no difference between nursing and psychology interns on the level of resilience that both populations have. Conclusions: according to the research, in conclusion, nursing and psychology interns have moderate resilience with a high tendency. Which tells us that a total of 22.5% of nursing interns need to develop adaptation skills and on the other hand it tells us that 24.4% of psychology interns are those who lack adaptation capabilities. They are the inmates who suffer from resilience with a low percentage that evaluate both careers, making it evident that there is not much difference in resilience in both professions.
