Informal mining in Peru is counterproductive and generates a great negative environmental and social impact, since the extraction of heavy metals such as mercury (Hg) is increasingly unprotected, so that workers and people living near the mines are exposed to these toxic substances without knowing how harmful it can be. In addition, public health institutions do not provide preventive health campaigns to prevent mercury poisoning. Patient registration is still cumbersome because the rural areas of Huancavelica do not have sufficient technology to speed up this process. As a result, a web-based software and asynchronous mobile application was designed and implemented to analyze, register, control and monitor the participants in the health program generated in the area to prevent possible diseases induced by exposure to mercury. Thanks to this implementation, it will speed up the management of patient information and the reduction of time in the communication of health personnel, as well as the automatic generation of reports according to the analysis of data collected within the preventive campaigns organized by Huancavelica.
