In this research, a company dedicated to providing accounting advisory and consulting services was studied, which was obtaining meager results, as well as low levels of liquidity, solvency and profitability at the end of each period, due to the lack of planning, execution and adequate control. of their economic resources and at the same time due to limited access to bank financing. In this sense, the general objective is to determine how the financial analysis improves the financial management of a Rímac accounting study, during the periods 2019-2021. The methodology presented a quantitative approach, descriptive scope, non-experimental longitudinal design, using documentary analysis and the documentary analysis guide as a technique and instrument. The main result was that the absence of financial analysis caused the company to present various problems in investment and financing decisions, which is fundamental within financial management, since, after comparing the liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios, it was evident that The most affected indices were working capital, which decreased by 39,703.88, financial leverage, which increased by 5.77, and ROE, which decreased by 4.24%, respectively. It was concluded that considering the application of financial analysis within the company improves financial management, since by evaluating its current situation and predicting its future performance, it allows better decisions to be made based mainly on facts instead of assumptions or intuitions.
