Objective: To determine the resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic in people from a vulnerable population of the Kimbiri district in the province of Convención, Cuzco - 2021. Materials and methods: This research was carried out from the conception of a quantitative approach with a descriptive-cross-sectional methodological design. The technique was the survey and the instrument used for this study was the CDRISC-25 questionnaire, which consists of 25 items. Results: Regarding resilience, the high level predominated with 64% (n=128), followed by the medium level with 26% (n=52) and low level with 10% (n=20). Concerning persistence, tenacity and self-efficacy, the high level predominated with 67% (n=134), followed by the medium level with 21% (n=42) and low level with 12% (n=24). Concerning the control under pressure, the high level predominated with 65% (n=130), followed by the medium level with 24% (n=48) and low level with 11% (n=22). With reference to adaptation and capacity, the high level predominated with 65% (n=110), followed by the medium level with 34.5% (n=69) and low level with 10.5% (n=21). About control and purpose, the high level predominated with 65.5% (n=131), followed by the medium level with 23.5% (n=47) and low level with 11% (n=22). With respect to spirituality, the high level predominated with 54.5% (n=109), followed by the medium level with 33% (n=66) and low level with 12.5% (n=25). Conclusions: Regarding resilience, the high, medium and low level predominated and the high level predominated in all the dimensions.
