Its objective was to determine the distribution of drug interactions in oncological patients at the International Clinic at the San Borja Lima 2023 headquarters. Methods: A deductive, quantitative, basic method study, with a non-experimental, descriptive, retrospective design, was carried out in the International Clinic San Borja Lima Headquarters. The population of 108 data from pharmaceutical interventions on oncology patients and whose sample of 85 cases of oncology patients, analyzed with the program for detecting interactions that is Uptodate-Lexicomp with data collected from the year 2022. Results: The male sex who represented 51.8% (44), while the female sex with 48.2% (41), the type of interaction is pharmacodynamics represented 67.1% (57), while the type of interaction is pharmacokinetics with 32.9% (28), in greater proportion of the type of interaction is the pharmacodynamics that represented 67.1% (57), while in a lower proportion the type of interaction of pharmacokinetics with 32.9% (28). Conclusion: The distribution of the most frequent drug interactions in cancer patients was in the male sex, in those 40 years of age and older, nausea and vomiting, pharmacodynamic type, moderate degree, antibiotics with other drugs.
