Objective: Determine the relationship between the factors and adherence to the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus in users of the Inkafarma pharmacy in Lince, Metropolitan Lima 2023. Methodology: The present study has a quantitative, basic, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach; Survey technique and questionnaire instrument applied to 118 users. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics presented in tables and figures. Results: They indicate the relationship between the associated factors and adherence to the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus in users of the Inkafarma pharmacy in Lince, Metropolitan Lima 2023, for the dimension "Socioeconomic factors" predominated (Sometimes) with a (58.05%) , for the dimension “Factors related to the provider: health system and team” it was found that it predominated (Sometimes) with (71.88%), for the dimension “Factors related to therapy” it was found that it predominated (Sometimes) with (51.0%), for the dimension “Factors related to the patient” it was found that (Almost always) predominated with (45.75%), finally it was evident that 34.8% demonstrated adherence to the treatment of diabetes mellitus type II, while 65.3% do not have such adherence. Conclusion: The relationship between the associated factors and adherence to the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus in users of the Inkafarma pharmacy in Lince, Metropolitan Lima, was highly significant, moderately positive (r= .647; p=0.000<0.05).
