Objective: To determine the relationship between intestinal parasitism and nutritional status in children from the Hubert Lanssiers Human Settlement in the district of Lurigancho - Chosica, 2023. Methodology: It was based on a hypothetical-deductive approach of a quantitative nature. It was classified as a basic type study and was carried out at a correlative level. The design used was non-experimental and cross-sectional, made up of 200 children, the instrument used was an observation guide. Results: 59.5% were found for the male sex, (16.5%) for the age of 5 years, (63.5%) positive for parasites found, Blastocystis hominis cyst (32.8%), followed Giardia lamblia cyst (14.7%), Entamoeba coli cysts (10.6%), Chilomastix mesnili cysts (8.5%), Endolimax nana cysts in 18 children (6.1%), and finally Hymenolepis nana egg in 5 children ( 1.7%), finally Iodamoeba butschlii cysts (0.7%) normal nutritional status (47.0%), body mass index (Low weight) (47.5%) Nutrient intake for cereals (99.5%), Dairy (97%), Fruits (95.5%), Water (95.0%) Physical activity (walking) 99.5%, running (97.0%). Conclusion: The relationship between intestinal parasitosis and nutritional status was established, finding a bilateral significance value of less than 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the variables analyzed.
