The Six Sigma methodology is widely recognized for its ability to improve the quality and efficiency of processes in various industries. In the case of pharmaceutical supply, this methodology can play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain and reducing problems. The objective was to determine the relationship between the Six Sigma methodology and the supply of pharmaceutical products. The research method carried out is basic and uses a hypothetical deductive, correlational and non-experimental quantitative approach. The target population of the research is the workers who work in the pharmacy, and the sample consists of the 15 collaborators who are part of said pharmacy. The result was that it is always considered important to define the Six Sigma methodology. Furthermore, most always consider identifying the Six Sigma methodology. Another aspect is that it is almost always considered important to measure the Six Sigma methodology. Also, sometimes it is considered important to analyze the Six Sigma methodology. In addition, it is sometimes considered important to improve the Six Sigma methodology. In addition, it is sometimes considered important to control the Six Sigma methodology. In turn, it is almost always considered important to distribute the Six Sigma methodology. Additionally, a total of 7 hypothesis tests were carried out where it was obtained that there was a relationship in all of them. Therefore, the conclusion is reached that the research hypothesis is approved, that there is a relationship between the Six Sigma methodology and the supply of pharmaceutical products.
