Objective: Determine maternal-perinatal complications in mothers infected with COVID-19 in the peripartum at the Coracora Support Hospital from 2020 to 2022. Method: Type, descriptive, retrospective cross-sectional study. With a sample made up of the entire population, which was made up of 23 medical records of immediate postpartum women diagnosed with COVID. Result: It was found that 30.4% of pregnant women presented complications during childbirth, 100% presented complications in the puerperium, and 4.3% presented perinatal complications. The complications reported are: Oligohydramnios, premature rupture of membranes, circular pericervical, uteroplacental insufficiency, hemorrhage, dysfunctional labor, in the puerperium, anemia was reported as the main complication and 95.7% of newborns did not present complications. Conclusions: It is concluded that pregnant women infected with COVID 19 presented some complications, the most notable being anemia in the immediate postpartum period, only one small for gestational age occurred.
