Objective: To determine the relationship between healthy eating practices and hemoglobin level in 36-month-old children. Materials and method: The hypothetical deductive method was applied, applied research with a non-experimental design and quantitative approach. The population included 90 mothers who have children between 6 and 36 months and the sample was selected probabilistically for convenience. The instrument used was a questionnaire on healthy eating practices. Results: A frequency of good healthy practices stands out with 77.8% and 22.2% were bad. Regarding the hemoglobin level, 75.6% had normal levels, while 23.3% had mild anemia and only 1.1% had a moderate level. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between healthy eating practices and hemoglobin level in 36-month-old children with a significant (Sig. = 0.012, Rho = 0.264).
